Detached house with private terrace, isolated from tourists crowds above (100 STAIRS), at the absolute tranquility, may become the nest for summer holidays.

Facilities :
The house consists of three rooms in line ,where first is living room including among furniture a double bed . A door on the side lads to the kitchen furnished with all nessesary to cook.
The master bedroom deep in the cavern is connected directly to a large bathroom with shower.
Wi-Fi internet.
PRICES Rates per night : for 2 persons.
Minimum rental period (5 nights)
January- April 100 euros /night
May-June 120 euros /night
July- August 140 euros /night
Sept -October 120 euros /night
Noe- Dec 100 euros /night
FOR EXTRA PERSON PLEASE ADD 20 EUROS/NIGHT.
** For a definitive reservation 30% of total amount is required. The rest 70% to be paid in cash on arrival !
